• Schedule a private tour with our Director of Admissions & Communication, Mrs. Jena Theriot, by emailing her, at [email protected].

• Use the "Apply Here" link above and follow the instructions to submit your application.

• Students applying for grades 1-7 will need to submit applicable report cards and standardized test scores with his/her application.

• The admissions committee will meet to review the application.

• Once you are notified of your acceptance, complete the online registration. 

• Submit documentation such as Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Social Security Card, and Immunization Records  (if applicable).

• Pay enrollment fees and create a FACTS account for online tuition payments.  Click here to create a FACTS account.
  
  
• Review BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) specifications if you have a child entering 1st thru 7th Grade by clicking here.

In accordance to the policies established by the Archdiocese of New Orleans, St. Benilde School typically accepts students according to the following categories:*
1. Children of territorial parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor; Siblings of St. Benilde School students;**
2.  Children of non-territorial parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor;
3.  Children of St. Benilde School alumni or legacy families as determined by the pastor;
4.  Children of territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor;
5.  Children of non-territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor;
6.  All others -  including inactive parishioners, non-Catholics, etc. 

NOTE: In the case of a student transferring from another Archdiocesan Catholic school, before granting admission, the principal will assess the status (academic, financial obligations, and disciplinary) of the student by conferring with the previous principal.
