Mission Statement
Our Catholic School is committed to providing an educational foundation which focuses on spiritual, academic, physical and social development, so that our students will grow to know, love and serve God, family and community.
Philosophy
The philosophy of St. Benilde School is based on the premise that our school shares in the great mission of the church to reveal Christ to the world. We recognize the dignity of each student as a unique individual, made in the image of God and destined for eternal life. As an educational community our intent is to enable our students, through a challenging curriculum, to reach their full potential as Christian individuals committed to serving God, family and community. In today's world of ever-changing technology, we strive to create an environment conducive to the spiritual, moral, intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth of each student entrusted to our care. In the power of Christ, with Mary the Mother of God as our model, we endeavor to benefit from the past, to live the present to the fullest, and to prepare for the future.
Discipline
The faculty of St. Benilde School holds the belief that ultimately the only discipline code that can serve the needs of faculty, students and parents is one that develops self-discipline. It is with this concept in mind that our discipline code was adopted. The faculty, parents and students work closely to achieve the final goal of ensuring that discipline is an integral part of each student's life, rather than a separate entity--something outside him/herself.
Displine is essential to maintain a proper learning environment for all students. Cooperation with school regulations lays the foundation for the students' future citizenship. Students are expected to act in accord with school regulations and Christian values at all times. Parental support of school policy is essential.
Admission and Registration Policies
Children entering Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st grade must be 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 years old respectively by September 30, and those entering 1st grade must have successfully completed Kindergarten.

Community Involvement
St. Benilde School challenges the individual to learn and grow in commitment to God, family and community. Our Catholic school is committed to work in partnership with families. We actively invite parents, grandparents and alumni to join us in our challenge to create a Christian atmosphere for learning.
Home & School Association: Our parents' club is a very active group which meets once per quarter. At the meetings guest speakers provide insight on timely topics and parents are kept abreast of current events in the school.
Men's Club: The dads of our parish have regular meetings and guest speakers. Among the activities they sponsor is a summer cabbage ball program which enables our children to learn to compete in a fun atmosphere.
Grandparents: We encourage our grandparents to become involved in our school community and many do. We have special days for the students to invite their grandparents to school for mass and activities.
